What is Rain City Ultimate?

Rain City is one name among many that the employees of The Boeing Company, their families, and friends have taken on over the years. The Boeing Employees Ultimate Frisbee Club is men and women interested in playing Ultimate after work, during lunch, or on weekends in league play. The club membership enjoy a yearly T-shirt from their annual dues. Other benefits include social activities, group disc purchases, and opportunities to play in local northwest Ultimate tournaments.

The Roots

The Club was founded in 1981 by Brad Leibbrand when Brad and his flag football friends realized they needed to play a sport with less contact and more aerobic benefits. Over the years the club has grown enough to support both northend and southend scrimmages afterwork. In addition, the club also supports a team in Seattle's Puget Sound Ultimate Frisbee Spring league and Corporate league.
